Four days later and the rest is still not returned to my account. The next day I receive 1/4th of the hold back on my card. I pay the rest that is owed using cash and I am told the deposit they held on my card at check in would be returned to my account within 48hrs. Straightened that out, stayed for the second night, and upon checking out found out the second night was charged to my card and could not be reversed after I told them I'd be paying cash at checkout. It turns out, he had booked one room for two nights and the other room for one. I get all my card keys, settle in and the next day I get a call from the Marriott telling me I missed checkout for one of the rooms. At this time I corrected him and said I need two rooms for two nights.
